Roc da Bells: Weightloss

30/60 minutes: Contact for pricing

This is a workout plan specifically designed for weight loss and involves a timed high rep, light weight dumbbell and kettlebell routine. Think of it as cardio with weights. Designed to ignite that fat burning furnace to help you lose weight, build muscle and maintain your results over time. Works for any fitness level  beginner to advanced.

Band Camp: Resistance band training

30-60 minutes: Varies

Designed as an alternative to using to using traditional weights. Resistance band training provides the same intensive workout as rock da bells but is often a great alternative for beginners, those with mobility issues and older clients. Perfect for anyone looking to lose weight, maintain muscle and improve overall health and wellness. 

Roc da Bells: Muscle Building/in gym training

1 hour: $60.00

A total body workout uniquely designed to help you pack on muscle using high reps with moderate weight. Slightly longer rest periods between sets for better recovery and to insure you get the most out of each exercise.

 

1 on 1 Personal training.

45-60 minutes: Varies

We offer 1 on 1 training sessions that can be designed specifically for you and your goals. 

 

Group Training sessions

30-60 minutes: Varies

If you prefer a group setting we offer group sessions that can be either you and a select set of people you ask to participate  or join in on one of our group sessions we will offer. 

You can contact us to set up personalized group sessions and we will go over all options. These are great for team building, seniors, events, etc.
